I have been listing and selling real estate in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire since 1999. Prior to starting my career in real estate I taught psychology at the university level. Since 1999 I successfully apply my psychological skills and knowledge to assisting my real estate clients. I received numerous top producer awards including prestigious Real Estate Online Marketing Excellence Award from Realtor.com. When the real estate market was falling in 2009 I coauthored the book “SHOULD I SHORT SALE MY HOME? HOMEOWNER’S GUIDE : HOW TO SURVIVE THE WORST REAL ESTATE MARKET IN HISTORY” with the Harris Real Estate University founders Tim and Julie Harris.
